Broccoli, 3 or 4 large heads cut into small trees
2 Tb. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tb. tamari or soy sauce
1 Tb. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic. Cool for one minute then add the broccoli, toss until it is coated. Add the tamari, and cover the pan. Toss occasionally. When the broccoli is getting tender, turn off the heat, add the sesame oil, toss one last time and put the cover back on letting it steam from the heat of the pan for a couple of minutes more.
