16 oz package og mozzarella cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
2/3 c flour
1/3 cup cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. If cheese is in a block cut slices thick (1/8 '"thick) and then in tyriangles.
2. Beat eggs with water and set aside.
3. Mix crumbs, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
4. Blend flour and cornstarch. Heat oil to 360.
5. Dip cheese in flour, egg wash and finally in crumbs.
6. Carefully place in hot oil and fry a few seconds until golden brown.
7. Serve with marinara sauce.
