1 large can Pumpkin
2 t Ginger
½ t salt
2 t Cinnamon
2 c Sugar
½ t Nutmeg
4 egg yolks
1 can of evaporated milk in 2 c measure, fill to 2 cups with milk
¼ c butter

Directions:
Directions:
When all is well mixed, fold in the beaten egg whites. This makes 3 large pies or 4 small. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, 325° for 45 min.

Jennifer found out plain milk works fine if you don't have the evaporated milk.
