3 T sugar
3 T Margarine, melted

4 8-ounce pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c sugar
3 T flour
4 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 T vanilla
1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325, 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well with whisk after each addition. Whip as little as possible. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with pie filling just before serving.

Substitute 1 cups finely chopped nuts and 2 tablespoons sugar for graham cracker crumbs and sugar.

Bake in water bath to keep from cracking.
