1 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c milk
1 beaten egg
3 tsp baking powder
3 1/4 c flour

Filling:
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp flour
1 c chopped raisins
1 c water
1 tsp lemon flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling until thick.

Roll dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into circles with cookie cutter or glass. Put filling on a circle then put another circle on top and seal at edges. Put a raisin on top.

Bake at 350º 10 to 12 minutes.
