1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil or thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can (5.5 fl. oz.) tomato juice
1 can green beans, drained
2 – 3 cups mashed potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat. Add onion and all spices. Add soup, juice and green beans. Pour into casserole dish. Spoon mounds of mashed potatoes on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until heated throughout.
