4 cups chopped Vidalia or sweet onions
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
24 oz cream cheese (light or regular but not fat free)
1/2 cup Mayo (light or regular but not fat free)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake at 425º for 10 -15 minutes until bubbly! Serve with corn chips.
