1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
4 1/2 T Honey
6 LG garlic cloves
3T fresh rosemary or 1T dried
1 1/2 T ground pepper (I use less if the kids are eating this)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1-1/2lb to 2-1/4lb flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 2 hours or more turning occasionally. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove meat and discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into thin strips.
