8 pieces of chicken(breasts,wings,legs)
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 stick butter
Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken. Place in large bowl, add buttermilk, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Melt butter and put in 9x13 pan.
Combine flour and Bisquick in bowl. Lightly beat eggs in separate bowl. Sprinkle chicken lightly with flour/Bisquick mix, then dip in egg. Dip chicken back in flour/Bisquick mix. Brown in skillet with oil, on medium heat. Place in pan and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
