2 Frozen Packs of Chopped Broccoli
2 Cans Campbell Cream of Celery Soup
(can substitute 1 can cream of mushroom in place of 1 can of celery)
2 Cups Minute Rice
1 Onion
1 Cup Milk
1 8oz Bottle - Cheese Whiz
Paprika

Directions:

Set Oven for 350
Chop onion & saute in 1 tsp veg. oil - to soften (do not brown)
Cook frozen broccoli as indicated on box for microwave time
Soften Cheese Whiz in Microwave (approx. 15-20 seconds)
Put all ingredients together (cooked onion, uncooked rice, cooked broccoli, uncooked soup, milk, & softened cheese whiz) and MIX WELL.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Cover & cook for 40-50 minutes. (Check after 40 minutes)
