Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
She used whatever cereal was left in the cupboard, The little bits at the bottom of the boxes that no one wanted to eat. As far as nuts , raisins, coconut and chips, it all depended what she had and what needed to be used. Her cookies never went to waste. She often soaked her raisins in water while she mixed the other ingredients together. She'd drain them and add them to the batter. This made them plump and easier to eat when baked.
