Flour tortillas
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 medium size container of light sour cream
1 can of canned chicken (optional)
cheddar, colby jack, or jalapeņo cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine condensed soup, and sour cream in large bowl and microwave until warm, stirring occasionally. When warm place a large spoonful on a tortilla and spread to thinly coat one side. Sprinkle with cheese and chicken if desired and then roll tortilla and place in a 9x13 pan continue this process until pan is full (only one layer). Spread the remaining sour cream mixture over the top of the tortilla rolls and bake for 30-45 minutes or until mixture on top is bubbling. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese a place back in oven until cheese is melted. Cool and serve.
