3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 T. dry cocoa
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 loaf pans (greased & floured). Cook 1 hour at 325º.
