Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups self rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
Hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking powder very well. Add very hot water to make a dough (approx. 1 2/3 cup). Don't over knead. Let set for 10-15 minutes to rise. Fry in oil 300-350º until golden.

For Indian Tacos, pinch a ball bigger than a golf ball but smaller than a tennis ball and use your thumbs and fingers to flatten it out making it thinner in the middle so when it fries up it makes a slight bowl. Don't play with the dough too much or it will toughen up.
