1 bag Oreos (crushed)
1 stick margarine
8 oz cream cheese
2 - 8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large box chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk

Reserve 1/4 cup of the Oreos for topping.
Mix 3/4 bag Oreos and 1 stick melted margarine together and put in 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate one hour.
Mix cream cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Pour over crumbs, refrigerate 1 hour.
Mix pudding and milk and pour over second layer.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Cover with 8 oz Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved Oreos over top.
Cool 1 hour before serving.
