1 lb ground beef,
1 1/2-2 cups finely crushed saltine crackers,
1/2 onion (about 1 cup full),
1/8 cup jalapeño juice,
1/2 cup chopped jalapeños,

1 cup ketchup,
1/2 cup milk,

Directions:
In a bowl, pour the milk and ketchup in and stir together until completely mixed. (You should no longer be able to see the milk) Set Aside.

Preheat oven to 450º F.

In a medium to large bowl, mix together meat, onions, juice, crackers, and jalapeños, until all is combined.
Start pouring in ketchup mixture until well blended.

In a 9x13 pan either spray with non stick cooking spray, or line with aluminum foil or wax paper.
Pour meat mixture in pan and spread evenly.
Put in oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
Each oven varies.

Optional: you can add cheddar or pepper jack cheese on top of meatloaf and cook for 10 more minutes.
