1 cup flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter soften
1/2 cup grated walnuts
1 cup confectioner sugar
3 cups cool whip
2 boxes instant lemon pudding
2 3/4 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, butter and grated walnuts. Spread in bottom of a 13 X 9 Pan. Bake 350 f. for 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and conf. sugar till smooth. Then fold in one cup of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding with milk.. Beat till smooth and refrigerate till thick. When thick spread over cream cheese mix.

Chill for at least one hour, then spread with 2 cups of cool whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate till time to serve.
