1 ½ c (cold) heavy whipping cream
¼ c confectioners’ sugar
¾ tsp clear vanilla it’s OK if you use regular, clear just makes it white

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream and vanilla in a very cold medium bowl. Add sugar in 3 parts. Beat until peaks form. Do not over beat.
