1 1/2 to 2 C vanilla ice cream
2 T honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Process cider, ice cream, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately
