6 ounce bittersweet chocolate (chopped)
3 1/2 cups heavy cream
6 large egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven 325.
Bring 2 1/2 cups cream to simmer in small saucepan.
Pour over chopped chocolate in bowl.
Let stand for 5 minutes
Whisk yolks, vanilla, salt together. Whisk in chocolate and cream mixture.
Pour thru sieve.
6 ramekins into roasting pan. Equally distribute chocolate into each ramekin.
Pour boiling water into roasting pan- to cover bottom of ramekins by a little under half inch.
Cook 25 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator for one hour. Use rest of cream for whip cream.
