1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated swiss cheese
1 egg (well beaten)
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. chopped parsley
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1 T. water

Brown sausage and onions. Drain. Add next 6 ingredients.
Make batter:
Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise well. Spread half of dough into well-greased 9X13 pan. Cover with sausage mixture. Spread remaining dough on top, making sure pan is sealed. Mix egg yolk with water and brush on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with tart jelly. Delicious!!
