1 stick butter or margarine
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 t. minced garlic
1 qt. sliced okra
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
Tony's Seasoning, to taste
2 qts. water
1 T. oil
3 sprigs parsley, chopped

Season chicken with Tony's and brown in melted butter or margarine. Remove from pan. Brown sausage and remove from pan. Smother sliced okra in oil until brown. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Simmer 6 minutes. Add water and seasonings and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sliced sausage and chicken. Simmer 45 minutes. Add green onions and parsley and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
