1 large or 2 small pie shells
1 stick margarine
1 3/4 c sugar
1/4 c flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add in one at a time, flour, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Spread into pie shell and bake for 45 min at 350º.
