• 1 ½ - 2 lb. flank steak
•1 11.5 oz. can papaya juice
• 1 6 oz. can apple juice
• ¼ cup of soy
• 1 cup of orange juice
. 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the marinate ingredients till the sugar is dissolved. Pour it over the flank steak and refrigerate overnight. When removing the flank steak, get all the ginger off of it and put it back in the marinade. Then put the marinade into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and continue to reduce for 20-35 minutes. Skim when necessary. You should have a cup of liquid at the end. Grill the steak for about 15 minutes. Internal temperature should be about 140°-145°. Slice thinly across the grain and pour on the hot sauce.
