• 2 acorn squashes
• 4 pats of butter
• Margarine
• 4 tablespoons maple syrup
• Cinnamon-Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Cut the squashes in half and clean out the seeds. Spread the margarine over the cut surface and place one pat of butter in the cup of each squash. Then add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in each. Then sprinkle each with cinnamon-sugar. Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours till soft.
