4 eggs
½ C. water
1 C. vegetable oil
1 C. mashed, cooked pumpkin (or 1 can)
½ C. molasses
1 C. brown sugar
3 C. flour
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy. Beat in water, oil, pumpkin, molasses, and sugar – one at a time. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, and spices. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans and bake in 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to rack to cool. (Note: For muffins, pour batter into muffin C. and bake in a 325° oven for 15-20 minutes, or until done.)
