4 eggs
C. water
1 C. vegetable oil
1 C. mashed, cooked pumpkin (or 1 can)
C. molasses
1 C. brown sugar
3 C. flour
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cloves

Beat eggs until fluffy. Beat in water, oil, pumpkin, molasses, and sugar one at a time. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, and spices. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans and bake in 350 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to rack to cool. (Note: For muffins, pour batter into muffin C. and bake in a 325 oven for 15-20 minutes, or until done.)
