½ cup flour
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can low sodium beef broth
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2-3 lbs. stew beef (I prefer chuck), cubed
½ cup sour cream
1 lb. egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a large plastic bag; add beef and shake to coat thoroughly.

In large saucepan on medium high/high heat, brown beef in oil. Place browned beef in slow cooker. Add beef broth to saucepan and scrape browned bits from the bottom; add to slow cooker.

Stir in mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours.

Cook and drain egg noodles. Add sour cream to slow cooker and stir; pour over egg noodles and serve.
