Directions: |
Directions:Cut salmon into small 1” bite sized pieces. Melt butter. Use a pastry brush to grease the mini muffin pan with butter.
Unroll phyllo pastry, and work quickly so it doesn’t dry out & get crumbly. Cut through several layers of the phyllo at once. Cut a few 3” strips off the end of the phyllo, and cut the strips into 3” squares. Put away remaining roll. Put 4 sheets of phyllo in each section of the muffin pan, put goats cheese into the bottom with a piece of salmon and 2 capers on top. Add a pinch of dill. Fold the excess pastry over the top and pinch together, brush with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown on top. Place on trays and serve. |
