2 T olive oil
1 large onion
Several garlic cloves
1 can chicken broth
1 can navy beans
1 can white northern beans or cannellini beans
1 can hominy
2 tsp cumin (or more)
2 tsp coriander or cilantro
1 tsp chili sauce (like Tabasco sauce)
1 dash chili pepper
2 chopped chicken breasts

Chop and toss chicken breasts in olive oil, chicken grill seasoning, and rosemary and baked at 400║ for about 20 minutes. SautÚ garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add beans, hominy, and seasonings adjusting seasonings to taste. Simmer until thick. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
