3 eggs beaten
1 3/4 c sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4-6 apples sliced thin
3/4 c nuts optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for cake batter. Then add apples to batter. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x3" pan.
