1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can corn kernels, rinsed
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
1 lime
1 avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add juice of 1/2 lime. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. When ready to serve, toss with diced avocado and remaining lime juice.
