Ingredients:  
1 lg round steak
1/2 c burgundy wine
1 can beef broth
1 medium onion
salt to taste
1/4 c flour
1/4 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut into 2 in. squares
add 1/2 cup wine
add beef broth, onions, salt. Put these ingredients into a casserole dish. On top of the mixture add flour and bread crumbs.
Bake at 300º for 3 hours until tender. Serve with rice

Not sure of the amount of steak. Use your own discretions on the amount. You do not have to brown the meat first.
