1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/4 tsp Rosemary
OR Poultry Seasoning and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove chicken from wrapper, clean out loose parts from tail and chest cavity. Remove any large gobs of white or yellow fat. Rub with seasonings inside and out and place breast side down in crock pot. Do not add water. Cook on medium 2-4 hours. Once heat is off remove chicken to prevent the absorption of grease. To save chicken broth: pour any remaining liquid into a jar and refrigerate. Scoop off fat from top before using.
