1/2 bushel very ripe red tomatoes
6 sweet red peppers
6 large onions
1 bud garlic (optional)
8 T. Salt
4-6 cups sugar
2 T. Celery seed
2 T whole cloves
2 T whole allspice
4 tsp mustard seed
4 sticks cinnamon
4 cups vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare onions, peppers, garlic, and tomatoes and chop. Do not peel tomatoes. Tie spices in bag and cook with vegetables in a Pressure cooker at 15 pounds pressure for 15 minutes or in a covered kettle until peppers are very soft. Skim off juices and can with or without salt.
