"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Personal Notes:
People ask, "What is this, it is so tasty?" It is such a lovely pale orangey color, so once I said, "Bisque". Then when someone else asked, the original person answered, "Lobster bisque." That spread around the room, and I didn't correct the rumor, and everyone believed it was lobster bisque. And, it happens every time, for some reason! Try it. Just say bisque, so you aren't lying...see what happens! * If not, they will enjoy the pumpkin soup!
*Probably won't work in Columbus now that everyone knows.
