Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz. bulk breakfast sausage
12 eggs
28 oz. bag frozen hash browns
cheddar cheese (shredded or block)
salsa
16 flour tortillas (taco size)
saran wrap

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until it crumbles. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside. Cook hash browns according to package in skillet. Stir occassionally until tender (try not to allow them to get crispy). Scramble eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add eggs to hash browns. Cook and stir occassionally until eggs are firm but slightly moist. Remove from heat; stir in sausage.

Microwave 2 tortillas at a time for 10 seconds to warm them up. (This makes it easier to work with tortillas.) Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture in center of flour tortilla. Top with spoonful of salsa and cheese (can use shredded or cup up block cheese and add 2 slices.) Fold tortilla like a burrito and wrap in saran wrap and freeze.

When ready to eat, microwave each burrito (still in saran wrap) 1 minute or until burrito is heated through.
