Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (# you need)
Italian Dressing
Monterey Jack cheese (block, sliced)
Tomato slices (one for each chicken breast - optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Wash and pound chicken for tenderness. Marinate chicken using italian dressing in a bag for several hours. (I usually forget to do this step and just shake it on.) Place chicken on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Take out and place a tomato slice on each breast and top with Monterey Jack cheese slices. Switch oven to broil. Place chicken under broiler until cheese has melted.
