1 16 oz. can black beans, drained
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1/3 cup half vegetable oil and half olive oil
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans in a sieve to remove most of the liquid and rinse. With metal blade of food processor, process beans with garlic until smooth. Through the shoot, add the oil, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and salt and process for 10 seconds to blend. Place in a serving bowl and stir in chopped cilantro and refrigerate until needed. To serve, place sour cream in middle of hummus; surround with tortilla chips.
