Pastry for double crust pie
5 cups fresh blueberries or 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen unsweetened thawed blueberries
1 cup gooseberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and roll out pastry. In mixing bowl, add berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel, lemon juice and dash of salt and put in pie crust. Add top crust; cut slits in crust. Seal and flute edge and bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until nicely browned.
