16 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 large bottle (28 oz. or so) of desired spaghetti sauce
Italian seasoning as desired
Garlic seasoning as desired
16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. (6 oz.each) provolone sliced cheese, cut in 1/4ths
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. baby or regular Swiss cheese
Monterey jack cheese if desired
Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and set aside. Brown hamburger meat and add sauce to meat. Add pinch or two of Italian and/or garlic seasoning as desired to meat mixture and set aside. Mix eggs with cottage cheese. In bowl, grate mozzarella, Swiss, and Monterey jack cheeses and set aside. In large rectangular pan, layer noodles, meat and sauce mixture, cottage cheese mixture, provolone cheese slices then add grated cheeses mixture. On top layer sprinkle parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly usually 45 minutes or more.
