Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Invented in mid-2009 during late-night, hungry, pantry/fridge raiding episode. Vary ratio of ingredients to suit taste. Calorie content can vary quite a bit depending on fat content of yogurt, and sweetener used (oh, wait, mention of calorie content has no place in this cookbook ). Be advised, Lisa doesn't like it, but Matthew does. In other words, this recipe seems to be enjoyed more by the 11-year-old boy inside certain people (no matter what their actual age), than by grown-up women. However, more research is needed.
