1 c (7oz) Ortega Whole Green Chiles
2 c. grated jack cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. (7oz) Ortega Green Chile Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Slit chiles lengthwise carefully on one side and open flat. Remove seeds. Divide 1 1/2 c. of cheese evenly among chiles and place on centers of chiles. Roll up each chile, starting at the pointed end. Place rolls, steam side down, side by side in greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over chiles and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven (375 degrees F) 35-40 min., or until puffed, browned, and firm. Heat salsa and spoon over chiles, as desired, when serving. Serves 4
