2c all-purpose flour
1tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2tblsp sugar
1tbsp grated orange rind
1/2 c butter, cut into small pieces
2/3 c buttermilk
1c dried cranberries
1tblsp milk
1tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat overn to 425 deg
Combine first 6 ing; cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
Add buttermilk and cranberries, stirring until moistened
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 5/6 X.
Pat into an 8" circle
Cut circle into 8" wedges and place 1" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with 1 tblsp sugar
Bake at 425 deg for 15 min or until golden brown
