1 pkg. Bob Evans sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
4 c. cubed day old bread
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs, slightly beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
pepper to taste
2 c. shredded hash browns
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in well buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Combine the next 7 ingredients. Pour evenly over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle sausage and optional ingredients over top. Cover and chill overnight. Preheat oven to 325º. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour. Tent with foil if top browns to quickly.
