1 tbs plus 1 cup butter (no subs), softened
1 1/2 cup pecans
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Line 13x9 baking pan with foil. Butter foil and set aside. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt remaining butter. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in the milk. Cook, stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reads 248º (firm ball stage). Add pecans. Pour mixture into prepared pan (do not scrape saucepan). When completely cool, roll by hand into ovals. Melt Choc. almond bark and dip ovals in chocolate using tongs.
