1 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 head green cabbage
2 stalks celery
1/2 c cider vinegar
3/8 c white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup sugar or splenda
pinch black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage in half. Shred cabbage in large bowl, Chop onions and celery and green pepper on a slant for looks. Set aside. Mix dressing together (oil, vinegars,salt sugar, pepper), pour over cabbage mixture. Tastes better the next day when ingredients are melded together.
