19 1/2 oz. brownie mix (and ingredients to make fudge-style brownies)
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
8 oz. creamy peanut butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 T. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake brownies in a greased 13 X 9 baking pan according to package directions. Let cool.

Combine powdered sugar, 1/2 c. butter and peanut butter. Mix well and spread over cooled brownies. Chill for one hour.

Melt chocolate chips and 6 T. butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Spread over peanut butter layer. Let cool; cut into squares.
