Lux Street, The Easter egg hunt and the secret ten dollar egg (that mom or dad took turns cleverly writing the clue-note for each year), Piano lessons with Mrs. Savina, Disney movies - at the drive-in, Computers, The remote, Claron playing guitar on her front porch, while we harmonized the summer away, Musicals, QVC, "Call Gene", Sam, the cottage smells, Recipes, Blueberry buckle, Alberta peaches from Canada, When traveling-stopping at nearly every fruit stand along the way, the 11:00 news, Fresh parsley, the public market on Saturday morning, Canada's CNE, Where's Franny?, Garage sales, Mario Lanza, Benny Goodman, Frank Sinatra, MCC, Midtown Plaza, Stationwagons, Driving downtown to see the Christmas lights. Dad taking us to our first "Broadway" musicals at The Auditorium Theater, our player piano, puppies, Playing basketball with dad, Baking with mom, Mom giving us dinner instructions on the phone (from the store) after school, Dad working nights, Arguing over who would click dad's buttons on his uniform, The big doll, Laughing fits, Yelling, Singing, Love and Let's not forget... Eating.
