1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup buttermilk hot
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp celery seed
1 med chilled cabbage, finely shredded
1 green pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt pepper & mustard
in top of double boiler.

Blend in eggs & buttermilk, cook five minutes,
stirring frequently.
Add vinegar a little at a time. Cook and stir until mixture
begins to thickens. Blend in butter, and celery seed.
To serve toss cabbage and pepper with enough
dressing to coat evenly.
