1 pack saltine crackers, finely crushed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 small bottle of ketchup
1 egg

Preheat oven to 450.

In a medium to large bowl, mix crackers, onion, ground beef, egg, & 1/2 bottle of ketchup, making sure all is mixed in together. Best if mixed by hand. Mix in rest of ketchup,
Pour milk in the ketchup bottle (fill bottle about 1/2 full), and shake well until milk and left-over ketchup is completely mixed.
Pour milk into meat mixture and mix some more.
Spray nonstick spray into a pan, put mixture into pan and spread mixture evenly.

Bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
